For use indoors or out, this hand-hewn, ASTM E136 non-combustible mantel shelf was replicated from a rugged, deeply textured wood beam to create the stunning Blue Ridge collection. Every fine detail—from the prominent scoring and tool marks of a hand-carved finish to the deeply weathered end-grain character—is meticulously captured by a patented molding material and lovingly hand-painted and finished. Made in the USA, this shelf features a generous 7.75-inch depth, providing ample room on top for your favorite decor. Due to the natural imperfections captured from the original timber, the top of the mantel shelf features organic offsets and depressions rather than a perfectly flush surface, and dimensions will vary slightly across the piece, ensuring your Blue Ridge mantel is a truly unique focal point.

Due to the natural imperfections captured from the reclaimed wood, the top of the mantel shelf will have natural offsets and depressions, versus a flush top, and the dimensions will vary slightly, i.e. shelf height and depth will be marginally different across the entire mantel.
Mantels are hand painted, hand distressed and Cast Stone mantels are hand poured. Actual finish colors, textures and distressing may vary from photos. Our photography serves to visually present our mantels in a suggested lifestyle setting. Only the mantel is available for sale. Note: For all surrounds and shelves: hardware is not included to attach the hanger rail to the mounting surface.
