Delivery Policy
Orders are typically processed within 1 business day. In many cases, orders ship the same day.

If processing time exceeds 1 business day, we will contact you with an update.
Orders ship from the nearest available warehouse across our nationwide network to ensure fast delivery.
Most orders arrive within 3–7 business days in the continental United States.
Shipping Methods
- Ground (FedEx / UPS): 3–7 business days
- Freight (LTL): 5–7 business days with delivery appointment
- Furniture Delivery Service: 3–14 days (available upon request)
Furniture delivery includes placement inside the nearest covered area of your home. White glove delivery may be available for an additional fee.
Furniture delivery is not available in all areas. Availability will be confirmed prior to shipment.

Tracking information will be emailed once your order ships.
Delivery Information
Ground shipments may require a signature upon delivery.
Freight shipments are delivered on a pallet and require a scheduled appointment. The carrier will contact you to arrange delivery.
Freight delivery is curbside only. Carriers will unload using a liftgate but do not bring items inside or assemble products.
Most items weigh between 50–200 lbs. You may need assistance moving your order.
Terminal pickup is available for most shipments.
Important Delivery Instructions
- Inspect all packages before signing
- Note any damage on the delivery receipt
- If unsure, write "subject to inspection"
If a shipment is severely damaged, refuse delivery and note "damaged – refused delivery."
Delivery timeframes are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to weather or carrier issues.
We recommend scheduling installation after your order has been received.

Free shipping applies to the continental United States.
Orders shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or remote areas may require a custom shipping quote.
Damage Policy
Inspect all packaging carefully upon delivery.

Repair Policy
For defective or damaged parts, we will determine if repair or replacement is needed.

- Some parts may take 4–6 weeks
You may be directed to the manufacturer for warranty support.
If you decline repair or replacement, returns will follow our standard return policy and may include restocking and return shipping fees.
