Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase by calling or texting 503-488-9735.

After 24 hours, orders may already be processed or in transit and cannot be canceled. In these cases, the order will be treated as a return and subject to return shipping and applicable restocking fees.

Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled.

Refused shipments will be treated as returns and will incur return freight charges and restocking fees.

Same-Day Shipping Orders

Orders that qualify for same-day shipping are processed immediately and cannot be canceled.

If you no longer want the item after it ships, it must go through the standard return process.

Returns

Returns must be requested within 48 hours of delivery by calling or texting 503-488-9735 for a return authorization.

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

All returns are subject to:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Applicable restocking fees

Return Conditions

To be eligible for a return:

  • Item must be unused and in original condition
  • All original packaging must be retained
  • Product must be repackaged exactly as received
  • All accessories, manuals, and components must be included

Refunds will be issued once the returned item has been received and inspected.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Custom trim kits and made-to-order products
  • Items that have been installed, modified, or used
  • Products returned without original packaging

Please note that finish colors may vary slightly due to lighting, screen differences, and manufacturing variations. These differences are not considered defects.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed.

Refunds are issued to the original form of payment, less:

  • Return shipping costs
  • Restocking fees
