This non-combustible mantel is a faithful recreation of a hand-hewn timber imagined to be reclaimed from an old Kentucky smokehouse.

Molded in non-flammable Burncrete™ material, the Smokehouse Mantel captures deep wood grain, hand-hewn tool marks, subtle surface variation, and naturally occurring checks and splits—details that reflect the honest wear of time and use.

The Smokehouse Mantel features a hollow-core construction that simplifies installation while preserving the appearance of solid timber. Individually hand-painted using a multi-step finishing process, this mantel delivers depth, shadow, and warmth—making it both a practical and beautifully authentic addition to any living space.
