The Hollis was designed to replicate the appearance of a wood stove. Obtain the complete look of a wood stove by attaching the included chimney, and storing logs in the storage compartment. The Hollis is great for smaller rooms and spaces like apartments, since it doesn’t take up much floor space. Real Flame electric fireplaces imitate the look and function of a real fire, but without the mess, chimney, and venting requirements of a wood fireplace. Thermostat turns off when desired temperature is reached. The firebox provides supplemental zone heating for up to 1,000 sq ft. Enjoy the multiple flame colors all year long with the ability to turn the heat option off. The flame color options are orange, red-orange, white, blue, blue-white, and multicolor. Flames have five brightness levels. The firebox can run for 10 minutes to 9 hours. The Vivid Flame Firebox is not intended to be mounted or trimmed in. Access and airflow to the back of the unit is required.
